Internal Training (Soldier Formation)
We build strong, disciplined believers prepared for the realities of the mission field.
This includes developing:
- Grit and resilience
- Spiritual strength
- Vigour and endurance
- A deep commitment to the call
External Training (Equipping the Body)
We provide training for evangelists, pastors, and Christian workers through collaborations with organizations and networks.
These sessions focus on:
- Effective evangelism methods
- Practical ministry tools
- Strengthening leadership and impact
Global Reaper Academy
A Military-Grade Bootcamp
The Global Reaper Academy is an intensive training program designed to prepare evangelists and missionaries for real-world mission work.
Training Focus Includes:
- Preparing for the realities of the mission field
- Physical discipline and fitness
- Spiritual maturity and depth
- Evangelism strategies and outreach methods
- Church planting and community engagement
- Building strong local relationships
- Establishing safe operational environments (“safe tents”)
- Evangelism and intercession
- Understanding the supernatural
- Clearly presenting and introducing Christ
Deployment
After training, reapers are deployed into nations across the world—equipped, prepared, and ready to serve.
Pastoral Conferences
We convene labourers from across the world to connect, refresh, and be strengthened together.
These gatherings provide space to:
- Share experiences and insights
- Build unity within the body of Christ
- Address key issues affecting the Church
